We are committed to producing good quality castings at the scheduled time, and at optimum cost to meet the customer requirements by reducing the cost and waste, and updating the latest technologies through continual improvement through teamwork of all employees.
Quality Assurance & Control
By carrying out thorough testing and inspection in accordance with client specifications and international standards, SAN Precision Alloys provide desired quality. At every stage, a careful sequence of inspection tests and inspections is conducted.
Our testing laboratory is employed with knowledgeable staff, wide variety of advanced equipment’s to ensure the quality of all our products. We do follow quality Management Process at each critical step of our production cycle IS, DIN, BS and ASTM standards.
The tolerances for “lost wax model” castings are established in an international norm VDG P690. SAN Precision Alloys produces according to the following norms is considered the standard.
Class D2: Precise tolerances
Class D3: Extremely precise tolerances, feasible for a limited number of dimensions and/or surfaces
